(February 3, 2012: Millsap, TX 76066) Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX) and the host Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX), saw Peaster's basketball squad hold off Millsap by a score of 27-26.

With the victory, Peaster improves its record to 2-20 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Paradise (Paradise, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 2A Region II District 10 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 9-13.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Godley Wildcats (Godley, TX) in a 2A Region II District 10 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Millsap will attempt to improve on its 15-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 22-5 record after their 42-38 league win over Tolar (Tolar, TX).
