Connecticut High School Basketball - Canton falls to Enfield

(January 24, 2012: Canton, CT 06019) The Enfield Raiders basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Canton Warriors to 49 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avon for a North Central Connecticut contest on Friday, January 27. Enfield will confront a Falcons team coming off a 58-52 league win over East Windsor (East Windsor, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 9-2.

The Warriors (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Granby Memorial (Granby, CT). The Bears enter the North Central Connecticut contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Granby Memorial lost by East Granby (East Granby, CT), 47-45, in a league contest.
