California High School Basketball - Troy holds off La Habra

(January 27, 2012: La Habra, CA 90631) Troy Warriors (Fullerton, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host La Habra Highlanders (La Habra, CA), 63-61 in a league bout.

With the victory, Troy upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Sonora (La Habra, CA) to play the Raiders in a Freeway bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 12-11. Sonora won 70-42 in their recent league bout against Buena Park (Buena Park, CA)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Sunny Hills Lancers (Fullerton, CA) in a Freeway bout, on Wednesday, February 1. La Habra will attempt to upgrade on its 14-9 season record. The Lancers come into the bout with a 19-5 record after their 97-72 league win over Fullerton (Fullerton, CA).
