California High School Basketball - Campbell Hall prevails Cathedral

(January 13, 2012: Los Angeles, CA 90012) Campbell Hall Vikings (North Hollywood, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cathedral Phantoms (Los Angeles, CA), 59-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Campbell Hall upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Vikings travel to Ribet Academy (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Fighting Frogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Fighting Frogs go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Ribet Academy lost 57-43 in their recent non-league bout against Pacific Hills (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Phantoms play the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 51-47 league loss to Serra (Gardena, CA).
