(February 18, 2009: Arvada, CO 80004) The Arvada Reds topped the visiting Northglenn Norsemen basketball team by a final score of 69-58 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Reds face the Centaurus Warriors (Lafayette, CO) in a 4A Jeffco game, on Friday, February 20. Arvada will attempt to move on its 15-7 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 8-13 record after their 61-53 league loss to Wheat Ridge (Wheat Ridge, CO).

With the defeat, Northglenn moves to 12-10 on the year. The Norsemen travel to Poudre (Fort Collins, CO) to face the Impalas in a 5A Front Range game on Friday, February 20. The Impalas enter the game with a record of 9-13.
