Washington High School Basketball - Port Townsend trounces Kingston
(December 5, 2008: Port Townsend, WA 98368) The Port Townsend Redskins (Port Townsend, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Kingston Buccaneers (Kingston, WA), 69-22 in Friday's league test.
The Redskins (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Bremerton (Bremerton, WA). The Knights go into the 2A/3A Olympic test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Bremerton walloped Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA), 61-49, in a league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Klahowya for a 2A/3A Olympic test on Tuesday, December 9. Kingston will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 58-41 league win over Sequim (Sequim, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
