(February 7, 2012: Cedar Vale, KS 67024) Cedar Vale/Dexter Spartans (Cedar Vale, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Flinthills Mustangs (Rosalia, KS), 57-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Cedar Vale/Dexter upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Spartans host Central (Burden, KS) to play the Raiders in a South Central Border bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-12.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Caldwell Bluejays (Caldwell, KS) in a South Central Border bout, on Friday, February 10. Flinthills will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 56-39 league win over Cedar Vale/Dexter (Cedar Vale, KS).
