(October 28, 2011: Quarryville, PA 17566) The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Garden Spot Spartans (New Holland, PA) and the host Solanco Golden Mules (Quarryville, PA), observed Garden Spot's football squad defeat Solanco by a count of 35-10.

The Spartans now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Manheim Central for a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 match on Friday, November 4. Garden Spot will clash with a Barons squad coming off a 31-18 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, PA). The Barons record now stands at 7-2.
