North Carolina High School Basketball - Cape Fear ripped by Jack Britt

(January 6, 2012: Fayetteville, NC 28312) The Jack Britt Buccaneers basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Cape Fear Colts to 38 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seventy-First for a 4A Mid-South contest on Tuesday, January 10. Jack Britt will meet a Falcons team coming off a 45-38 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 11-4.

The Colts (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against South View (Hope Mills, NC). The Tigers enter the 4A Mid-South contest with a 13-0 record. In their last contest, South View trounced E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC), 33-32, in a league contest.
