Texas High School Basketball - Spur ripped by Paducah
(January 10, 2012: Paducah, TX 79248) The Paducah Dragons basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Spur Bulldogs to 31 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Dragons now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valley for a 1A-2 Region I District 6 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Paducah will confront a Patriots team coming off a 70-21 league win over Spur (Spur, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 23-0.
The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (Turkey, TX). The Patriots enter the 1A-2 Region I District 6 contest with a 22-0 record. In their last contest, Valley trounced Jayton (Jayton, TX), 90-10, in a league contest.
