(February 14, 2008: San Diego, CA 92122) The Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA) basketball nipped the host University City Centurions (San Diego, CA), 49-45 in Thursday's league test.
The Falcons (10-16) will now prepare for their test against Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league test with a 21-6 record. In their last test, Mission Hills got by Escondido (Escondido, CA), 84-81, in a league test.
The Centurions now own a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they host Valley Center for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 19. University City will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 60-56 league loss to San Marcos (San Marcos, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-14.
