Arizona High School Basketball - Desert Ridge succumbs to Ironwood Ridge

(December 28, 2011: Mesa, AZ 85212) The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks knocked off the host Desert Ridge Jaguars basketball squad by a margin of 44-31 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Nighthawks (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ). The Thunder go into the non-league outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, Desert Vista topped St. Gregory College Prep (Tucson, AZ), 67-11, in a non-league outing.

The Jaguars now own a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cienega for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 28. Desert Ridge will clash with a Bobcats squad coming off a 40-24 non-league win over Ironwood Ridge (Tucson, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-2.
