(January 6, 2012: Scottsdale, AZ 85259) Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team wallop the visiting North Canyon Rattlers (Phoenix, AZ), 64-27 in a league battle.

The Wolves now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Mesa for a I Section III battle on Tuesday, January 10. Desert Mountain will battle a Jackrabbits team coming off a 59-47 league loss to Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 9-7.

The Rattlers (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ). The Huskies come into the I Section III battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Horizon was overwhelmed by Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ), 65-47, in a league battle.
