Texas High School Basketball - Brock overwhelms Crowley
(December 9, 2011: Crowley, TX 76036) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Brock Eagles (Brock, TX) and the host Crowley Eagles (Crowley, TX), saw Brock's basketball squad trounce Crowley by a score of 50-21.
With the victory, Brock improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Springtown (Springtown, TX) to play the Porcupines in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Porcupines come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Springtown won 48-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Jacksboro (Jacksboro, TX)
The Eagles (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Joshua (Joshua, TX). The Owls come into the 4A Region I District 7 battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Joshua was overwhelmed by Happy Hill Farm (Granbury, TX), 43-33, in a non-league battle.
