Ohio High School Basketball - North holds off Kenston

(January 25, 2012: Chagrin Falls, OH 44023) North Rangers (Eastlake, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the host Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH), 56-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Rangers travel to Madison (Madison, OH) to face the Blue Streaks in a Premier game on Saturday, January 28. The Blue Streaks enter the game with a record of 4-8. Madison lost 55-52 in their recent non-league game against Mayfield (Mayfield, OH)

With the defeat, Kenston moves to 10-5 on the year. The Bombers host Berkshire (Burton, OH) to face the Badgers in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 1. The Badgers enter the game with a record of 9-5.
