California High School Football - San Jacinto gets by Twentynine Palms
(November 2, 2007: San Jacinto, CA 92583) The
San Jacinto Tigers football squad scored 12 points and restricted the visiting
Twentynine Palms Wildcats to 7 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against
Notre Dame (Riverside, CA). The Titans come into the
Mountain Pass challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge,
Notre Dame nipped
Banning (Banning, CA),
50-35, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to
Desert Hot Springs for a
De Anza challenge on Friday, November 9.
Twentynine Palms will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a
19-16 league win over
Big Bear (Big Bear City, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
