(October 20, 2006: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002) The Delran Bears football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Camden Catholic Fighting Irish to 25 in the Bears league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Delran advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Bears travel to Holy Cross (Delran, NJ) to battle the Lancers in a Burlco/Olympic - National battle on Saturday, October 28. The Lancers come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Holy Cross won 42-7 in their recent league battle against Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ)
Next, the Fighting Irish battle the Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, November 3. Camden Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record.
