North Carolina High School Volleyball - Rose over Laney

(September 20, 2008: Wilmington, NC 28405) The Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) volleyball overcame the host Laney (Wilmington, NC), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Rose upgrades its record to 12-0 on the year. The Rampants travel to West Craven (Vanceboro, NC) to face the Eagles in a Coastal outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-5. West Craven lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against South Central (Winterville, NC)

The now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilmington Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, September 22.
