(October 26, 2007: Louisville, KY 40203) In Friday's non-league match, the visiting St. Xavier Tigers football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Central Yellowjackets.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 2. St. Xavier will attempt to move on its 9-0 season record. The Colonels come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 38-13 non-league win over St. Charles (Columbus, OH).
