Texas High School Basketball - Houston edges Lincoln
(November 29, 2007: San Antonio, TX 78220) The Houston Hurricanes (San Antonio, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Lincoln Tigers (Dallas, TX), 45-43 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Hurricanes (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Churchill (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Churchill got by Westfield (Houston, TX), 55-36, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverdale Baptist for a non-league contest on Friday, November 30. Lincoln will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 69-68 non-league win over East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-1.
