(September 30, 2011: Temple, TX 76504) In Friday's non-league game, the Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Cedar Park, TX) football team were victorious over the host Central Texas Christian Lions (Temple, TX), by a score of 36-24.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their game against John Paul II (Schertz, TX). The Guardians come into the TAPPS Division IV District 4 game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, John Paul II was knocked off by Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX), 22-15, in a non-league game.
