The Tigers now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poth for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Smithville will meet a Pirates team coming off a 51-42 non-league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 13-7.

The Cardinals (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against McCallum (Austin, TX). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-14 record. In their last contest, McCallum trounced Crockett (Austin, TX), 35-26, in a league contest.
