Florida High School Volleyball - Lake Highland Prep over Lake Howell

(September 23, 2008: Orlando, FL 32803) In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders (Orlando, FL) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Lake Howell Silver Hawks (Winter Park, FL), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Highlanders battle the Venice Indians (Venice, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 26. Lake Highland Prep will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Charlotte (Punta Gorda, FL).

With the loss, Lake Howell drops to 9-3 on the campaign. The Silver hawks host Lyman (Longwood, FL) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 25.
