(January 10, 2012: Coquille, OR 97423) The Glide Wildcats basketball squad (Glide, OR), was trounced 62-39 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Coquille Red Devils (Coquille, OR)

The Red Devils (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR). The Bobcats go into the 3A Sunset outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Myrtle Point smashed Bandon (Bandon, OR), 50-20, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gold Beach for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13. Glide will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 26-25 league loss to Reedsport (Reedsport, OR). The Panthers record now stands at 7-3.
