(January 17, 2012: Holiday, FL 34691) Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL) and the host Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL), saw Pasco's basketball squad overcome Anclote by a score of 61-50.

With the victory, Pasco improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A District 8 test on Friday, January 20. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-18. Zephyrhills lost 67-41 in their recent league test against Anclote (Holiday, FL)

The Sharks now own a 9-8 record. They take the field next when they host Zephyrhills for a 5A District 8 test on Thursday, January 19. Anclote will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 63-49 league loss to Gulf (New Port Richey, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-17.
