Hernando Leopards tipped the visiting
Sunlake Seahawks soccer squad by a margin of
2-1 in Wednesday's league match.
The Leopards now hold a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host
Gulf for a
Class 4A - District 8 match on Friday, November 21.
Hernando will play a Buccaneers squad coming off a
5-0 league loss to
Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-2.
The Seahawks (0-8) will now prepare for their test against
Pasco (Dade City, FL). The Pirates enter the
Class 4A - District 8 test with a 2-2 record. In their last test,
Pasco was edged by
Hudson (Hudson, FL),
3-0, in a league test.
