(December 16, 2011: Flagstaff, AZ 86004) Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Coconino Panthers (Flagstaff, AZ) and the visiting Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ), saw Coconino's basketball squad trounce Mingus by a score of 71-37.

With the victory, Coconino improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Kingman (Kingman, AZ) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Kingman lost 68-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ)

Next up, the Marauders battle the Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ) in a II Section II challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Mingus will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 68-53 non-league win over Kingman (Kingman, AZ).
