(November 18, 2011: Fort Worth, TX 76116) The Western Hills Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Meridian Yellowjackets to 36 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 19. Western Hills will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 61-36 non-league loss to Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-1.
The Yellowjackets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Paschal (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Paschal trounced Centennial (Burleson, TX), 30-26, in a non-league contest.
