California High School Basketball - Fontana overwhelmed by Eisenhower

(January 25, 2012: Fontana, CA 92335) The Eisenhower Eagles basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Fontana Steelers to 38 in the Eagles league victory on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Yucaipa for a Citrus Belt contest on Friday, January 27. Eisenhower will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 59-51 league loss to Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 10-9.

The Steelers (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers come into the Citrus Belt contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Redlands was routed by Miller (Fontana, CA), 68-55, in a league contest.
