(February 2, 2012: Issaquah, WA 98027) The Issaquah Eagles basketball team (Issaquah, WA), was nudged 67-65 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Ballard Beavers (Seattle, WA)

The Beavers now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to Bothell for a 4A KingCo battle on Saturday, February 4. Ballard will battle a Cougars team coming off a 65-61 league loss to Skyline (Sammamish, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 12-7.

The Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against Newport (Bellevue, WA). The Knights come into the 4A KingCo battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Newport was nudged by Garfield (Seattle, WA), 73-63, in a league battle.
