Florida High School Basketball - Citrus falls to Nature Coast Tech

(February 1, 2008: Inverness, FL 34452) The Nature Coast Tech Sharks basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Citrus Hurricanes to 54 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Sharks now sport a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wiregrass Ranch for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 6. Nature Coast Tech will meet a Bulls team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 7-19.

The Hurricanes (15-9) will now prepare for their contest against Crystal River (Crystal River, FL). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Crystal River was defeated by Vanguard (Ocala, FL), 53-27, in a non-league contest.
