(October 27, 2009: Oxnard, CA 93036) In Tuesday's league contest, the Camarillo Scorpions (Camarillo, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the host Pacifica Tritons (Oxnard, CA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Scorpions battle the Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA) in a Pacific View contest, on Thursday, October 29. Camarillo will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 15-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Hueneme (Oxnard, CA).
With the loss, Pacifica drops to 6-6 on the campaign. The Tritons host Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA) to battle the Spartans in a Pacific View challenge on Thursday, October 29. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 7-7. Rio Mesa won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA)
