California High School Basketball - Mountain View overwhelms Atwater

(December 3, 2009: Atwater, CA 95301) Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mountain View Toros (Mesa, AZ) and the host Atwater Falcons (Atwater, CA), saw Mountain View's basketball squad trounce Atwater by a score of 64-35.

With the victory, Mountain View improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Toros travel to Galena (Reno, NV) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 4. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Galena won 49-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA)

Next up, the Falcons battle the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 5. Atwater will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 60-27 non-league loss to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ).
