(October 23, 2009: Mesquite, TX 75149) The West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX) football overcame the visiting Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), 42-29 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Wranglers face the Mabank Panthers (Mabank, TX) in a 4A Region II District 15 bout, on Friday, November 6. West Mesquite will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record.
The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Mabank (Mabank, TX). The Panthers enter the 4A Region II District 15 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Mabank was toppled by Forney (Forney, TX), 27-11, in a league bout.
