Oregon High School Basketball - Benson Tech routs Franklin
(February 2, 2012: Portland, OR 97232) In Thursday's league outing, the Benson Tech Techmen (Portland, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR), by a margin of 68-43.
The Techmen (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Madison (Portland, OR). The Senators go into the 5A Portland outing with a 4-10 record.
The Quakers now own a 1-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cleveland for a 5A Portland outing on Friday, February 3. Franklin will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 57-30 league win over Jefferson (Portland, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 8-7.
