Massachusetts High School Basketball - Lowell crushes Tewksbury Memorial
(December 13, 2011: Tewksbury, MA 01876) Lowell Red Raiders (Lowell, MA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Tewksbury Memorial Redmen (Tewksbury, MA), 78-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lowell upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Red Raiders host Central Catholic (Lawrence, MA) to play the Raiders in a Merrimack Valley 1 bout on Friday, December 16. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Central Catholic won 76-62 in their recent non-league bout against Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA)
Next up, the Redmen play the Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA) in a Merrimack Valley 2 bout, on Friday, December 16. Tewksbury Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
