Minnesota High School Volleyball - Hopkins Southwest Christian
(October 8, 2011: Chaska, MN 55318) In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Southwest Christian Stars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Hopkins Royals.
The Stars (16-5) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage Christian Academy (Maple Grove, MN). The Eagles come into the Minnesota Christian battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Heritage Christian Academy achieved victory over New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Royals encounter the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) in a Lake battle, on Tuesday, October 11. Hopkins will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Skippers come into the battle with a 19-8 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN).
