(December 17, 2011: Missouri City, TX 77459) The Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 52-27 in Saturday's league test.

The Hurricanes (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Cinco Ranch walloped Memorial (Houston, TX), 48-35, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Shore for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Fort Bend Elkins will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-10.
