Washington High School Basketball - Roosevelt overwhelms Bothell
(January 25, 2012: Seattle, WA 98115) Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) and the visiting Bothell Cougars (Bothell, WA), saw Roosevelt's basketball squad trounce Bothell by a score of 69-30.
With the victory, Roosevelt improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Roughriders travel to Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA) to battle the Vikings in a 4A KingCo challenge on Friday, January 27. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Inglemoor won 60-28 in their recent league challenge against Ballard (Seattle, WA)
Next up, the Cougars battle the Garfield Bulldogs (Seattle, WA) in a 4A KingCo challenge, on Friday, January 27. Bothell will attempt to improve on its 0-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 65-40 league loss to Woodinville (Woodinville, WA).
