(September 24, 2010: Pilgrims Knob, VA 24634) The Pound Wildcats topped the host Twin Valley Panthers football team by a final score of 21-12 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Pound improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Burton (Norton, VA) to confront the Black Raiders in a A Lonesome Pine outing on Friday, October 8. The Black Raiders go into the outing with a record of 4-0.

With the loss, Twin Valley moves to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Honaker (Honaker, VA) to confront the Tigers in a A Black Diamond outing on Saturday, October 2.
