With the win, Moanalua upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Menehunes travel to Castle (Kaneohe, HI) to face the Knights in a Oahu Red - East bout on Friday, August 26. The Knights enter the bout with a record of 0-2. Castle lost 15-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pac-Five (Honolulu, HI)
The Monarchs (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Leilehua (Wahiawa, HI). The Mighty Mules enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Leilehua defeated Kapolei (Kapolei, HI), 27-19, in a league bout.
