(November 3, 2007: Fort Washington, MD 20744) The Friendly Patriots football team (Fort Washington, MD), was tipped 33-30 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD)

The Yellowjackets (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Douglass nipped Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD), 40-6, in a league challenge.

The Patriots now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a Prince George's County 3A/2A challenge on Saturday, November 10. Friendly will meet a Falcons team coming off a 6-0 league win over Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 3-6.
