Arizona High School Basketball - South Mountain nudges Arizona Lutheran Academy

(December 23, 2011: Phoenix, AZ 85040) In Friday's non-league outing, the South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ) basketball squad edged the visiting Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes (Phoenix, AZ), by a count of 49-48.

The Jaguars (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ). The Dons go into the II Section III outing with a 3-8 record.

The Coyotes now hold a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Valley Lutheran for a IV Section I outing on Friday, January 6.
