Nevada High School Basketball - Beatty nudges Indian Springs
(January 20, 2012: Indian Springs, NV 89018) In Friday's league outing, the Beatty Hornets (Beatty, NV) basketball squad edged the host Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV), by a margin of 37-30.
The Hornets (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lund (Lund, NV). The Mustangs go into the Southern 1A outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Lund nipped Round Mountain (Round Mountain, NV), 50-28, in a league outing.
The Thunderbirds now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tonopah for a Southern 1A outing on Friday, January 20.
