(November 12, 2011: Lubbock, TX 79410) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX) and the visiting Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX), saw Coronado's basketball squad overcome Ryan by a score of 58-42.
With the victory, Coronado improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Carroll (Southlake, TX) to play the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 18. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 5-0. Carroll won 60-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX)
Next up, the Raiders play the McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 15. Ryan will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Liberty (Frisco, TX).
