(September 16, 2011: Pensacola, FL 32501) In Friday's non-league game, the Pensacola Tigers (Pensacola, FL) football team knocked off the visiting Pensacola Catholic Crusaders (Pensacola, FL), by a final score of 34-13.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Milton (Milton, FL). The Panthers come into the 6A District 1 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Milton was dropped by Fort Walton Beach (Fort Walton Beach, FL), 12-6, in a non-league game.
The Crusaders now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crestview for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 23. Pensacola Catholic will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 31-0 non-league loss to Bolles (Jacksonville, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
