Florida High School Basketball - Spoto overwhelmed by Sickles

Sickles Gryphons basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting
Spoto Spartans to 32 in the Gryphons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gryphons now sport a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to
Gaither for a
6A District 7 contest on Friday, January 16.
Sickles will meet a Cowboys team coming off a
57-49 non-league loss to
Leto (Tampa, FL). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-11.
The Spartans (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against
Bartow (Bartow, FL). The Yellow Jackets come into the
4A District 9 contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest,
Bartow trounced
Lake Wales (Lake Wales, FL),
57-49, in a league contest.
