California High School Basketball - Hoover ripped by Serra

(January 21, 2012: Gardena, CA 90249) The Serra Cavaliers basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Hoover Cardinals to 59 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cathedral for a Del Rey contest on Friday, January 27.

The Cardinals (19-3) will now prepare for their contest against San Diego (San Diego, CA). The Cavers go into the Eastern bout with a 5-14 record. In their last bout, San Diego was crushed by Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA), 58-51, in a league bout.
