The Patriots (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles come into the AAA Western Valley challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County trounced George Washington (Danville, VA), 34-20, in a league challenge.
The Comets now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Fleming for a AAA Western Valley challenge on Friday, October 28. Halifax County will meet a Colonels team coming off a 32-7 league loss to George Washington (Danville, VA). The Colonels record now stands at 0-9.
