North Carolina High School Lacrosse - First Flight held off by Grassfield

(March 5, 2011: Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948) In Saturday's non-league contest, the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) lacrosse team edged the host First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC), by a count of 6-5.

Coming up next, the Grizzlies confront the Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 7. Grassfield will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.

The now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Great Bridge for a non-league contest on Friday, March 11.
